Following your lead and the examples you gave the other night I went out tonight without spray and shot the moon. Here is my final exam papers. Thank you for your help Erv, I hope they meet you expectations. D300 no filter, on tripod, full crop Took brightness down in Nikon View NX 2, 500mm f11 ISO 200EV-3.7!

Thank you Cardinal Lady, I finally got a good shot thanks to Erv! With his moon posts listing the setting he used and recommendations it helped to get it right.
