My wife and I are heading north for an extended visit to our 49th state. I've been planning this trip for a long time. Traveling land sea and air.

What "other things"? "Other things"....are just "more things" to photograph! Anything you can possibly see or do is photographic material! :lol: :roll:

We just came back from that trip - weather was perfect. Saw all the wild animals and more. Enjoy, and charge your camera every night!

Have a great time! Alaska is one of the world's great places for photographers! By the way, a polarizer will help with reflection off some of your glacier photos.

I was there for 12 days last year. Best vacation I ever had and I have been all over Europe, Costa Rica and many US states.
Be sure to take at least 1-2 boat trips out of Seward and you must visit Denali Natl Park and take the extended tour.

Greg, we spent two weeks there a couple of years ago (land & sea). Took just under two thousand photos. It's a photographers dream. So many awesome photo opps.
