Holding a heavy lens

I just received my new Nikkor 200-400 f4 lens. It weighs just over 7 pounds and I found that I was unable to hold it for more than a shot or two. I do plan on building up some arm strength, probably doing exercise that I should have been doing anyway. My question - Is there some sort of harness available that would make hand holding this lens easier?

I don't own one of these but have other gear from this company and it is of good quality.

Thanks for the link. Appears to be what an old guy could use.
