VERY nice. and sharp. One of my favorite tv commercials was the Tabasco one where the mosquito feeds on a man's arm who's eating the hot sauce. He swells, like in your photo, then flies off and then explodes.

Or 5 kinds of encephalitis, Rift Valley fever, dengue fever, yellow fever. But at least try not to worry, you will be fine.
