I would like to know how to add emoticons to a reply :?:
On the previous sentence, I just clicked on one from the side bar, but for a reply in the forums there is no side bar.
Do I need to enter text, or can someone recommend an
app I can add to my laptop so I can just click one?
I like the animated ones.

If you click "Reply" or "Quote Reply" under the post, the panel with the emoticons will be there. If you just use "Quick Reply" at bottom of the page, there is no emoticon panel.
