Van Gogh Starry Night

I am lookin for a link that provided a photo editing program with effects, one of which was a painterly effect that simulated heavy brush stroke and swirlls as in Van Gough's Starry Night.
I would appreciate if someone could provide me with that link or anothr program free or otherwise that does the same.
thanks, Ed

I use Dynamic Auto-Painter. It has a preset called "Starry" (inspired by van Gogh's Starry Night).

I use the Pro version of this program. You can download more presets from the DAP café (including presets inspired by van Gogh's works).

Smart Photo Editor also has a Van Gough tool among its effects tools. I have seen it in another of my post programs, as well.

Did you mean "I like the ashtray" and you "must shoot with something other than Canon." ? Or maybe the ashtray with the Canon brand name visible, is also a camera.

As usual, thanks in advance.

Try fotosketcher its free and allows you to choose the type of brushstrokes...however some of the above have exactly what you must be looking for.
