I have been experimenting a little bit on my iPod/iPhone and have found this new way of editing. I figured out how to do it from pictures i saw on Instagram posted by a famous skier names Gus Kenworthy. If you would like to know how do make these types of photos please tell me.

It seems more like he took the existing background and used a template to make that circle.
