I took these with a borrowed 8" round diffuser. The first with the pop out plastic flash diffuser and the second without it. Both were take with 75mm ext tube on Canon 7D 100mm f2.8 L

I think I like the second one better. I think the colors are truer and your subject has a smile on its face in this one :thumbup: :-) :-)

Neither had critical focus upon download & enlargement. More comparative photos needed.

Actually it was a glass table, but it did get me thinking as well.
