Husband threatens teacher wife, teacher wife fired. . .
Here is a news item that will certainly get some of the usual suspects into post mode. It does pose a very interesting social question, which clearly reflects our current problems. Can anyone suggest how our system might be changed to fix this problem?

If this guy can put a school in lockdown he should be put away a lot longer than till june. Where is the civil libertys group to fight for this woman? They always stick their nose in where its not wanted. This is what they should be looking into.

http://www.nbcnews.com/id/52183094Hypocrites. The Catholic Church has it's own form of justice. Similar to the UCMJ. They are a powerful, staggering monetary and political force that the politicians are afraid to confront. How many priest pedophiles have been whisked away by the Vatican without being punished by civil law and our government looks the other way.
The truth is starting to come out about what's really going on.

I suggest...
Let the fathers of the children at the school take the teachers husband on a hunting trip.

http://www.nbcnews.com/id/52183094Jail time and counseling every time a incident happens.
If they do not learn multiply the time for every event and 3 strikes you're out.
People are not aware that men are victims of domestic violence too because men won't speak up because of the stigma.
Domestic violence is a bad problem that should be addressed.
Most murders are by someone known by the victim.

Sounds great.
I was thinking that her friends and relatives throw a 'blanket party' laced with some threats under the cloak of darkness for the jerk.

WTF??... does this family dispute entanglement have to do with your hatred of Believers, and God?....
You arrive at this Christian bashing episode solely based on the NAME of a school?
You are pathetic.
How about you address the actual issue of the post.
You rabid secular jackasses constantly make sure that functional people wish for your exile.

Good riddance to bad rubbish. As a parent, I don't want some loser with mental problems stalking one of my kids teachers. People can not exercise restraint anymore and their battles are now being fought everywhere. Domestic violence starts in the home. Keep it there. No one wants to be a statistic because your wife didn't love you anymore. Kids should be protected first. Not some teachers job. Everyone loses jobs. She can find another like everyone else.
The police can't watch him 24/7. With his apparent mental problems I wouldn't want his wife teaching my kids either. If he, and he will, tries again it might cause harm to those not necessarily his intended victim. I feel for his wife and kids but they are his kids so why isn't he required to support them until they are of age? I wouldn't brand the school authorities as bad people for doing what they did. They probably didn't relish letting her go anymore than she relished being let go. To me it is a catch 22 situation in which there is no answer until he does something to send him away for a long, long time. By then it may be too late for some innocent folks. I hate to even suggest making more laws but perhaps break one restraining order and you get a year imprisonment, do it again and the time goes to fifty years without parole and absolutely no pardons allowed.
I've gotta say, if you can't keep your marital problems away from school, you've gotta go, your fault or not. Safety has to come first above the interests of any individual.

Most of your venomous posts regarding religion I find very offensive with a total lack of objectivity and understanding however I must agree with you here. I am a Bible believing born again Christian and I too am appalled at not only whats been happening in the Catholic church but the churchs total lack of concern for the victims. This is exactly what happens when the organization becomes more important than the people who make it up. Makes me sick!

Billy Graham made it a rule never to be alone with a female other than his wife. This extended even to his daughters-in-law. Perhaps the R.C.C. should extend this kind of rule to priests and men in the church and their dealings with children. It's not a bad rule to follow.
