I just wanted to share a quilt that I just finished for a new baby in the family. Actually, he just turned 2 so this is more of a little boy quilt. I started it when he was a baby though. ;)

Love the colors! that is a really neat! I hope he will keep if for a lifetime & then pass it on to the next generation. just an idea, how It would be cool if you stitch on the back who it was given to and what date and subsequently the next generation could do that also when it was passed down. what a wonderful family history that would become!

I always put the child's name, birthday, and my name. For future generations.

I started about 10 years ago. It's another form of creativity and it helps fill the days during the long winter. Besides- I love fabric!!

Where is Cobble Hill located? I'm just across the border, and I have never heard of it.

That is very cool, my daughter-in-laws makes quilts I know a lot of time and love went into making that. I am sure he will cherish it.

It is 30 miles north of Victoria. My wife and I moved there from Victoria but we travel back and forth each day for work
