I have been thinking about getting this camera as a backup for when I am traveling light! I really like the images I have been seeing taken with it!

Nice pics ! Can I suggest you leave a little more space around your subject? the 50 has such a big file, you can crop a little if necessary - #1 and #2 are missing a tiny bit of the subjects.
