Looks like the non-breeding male or female American Goldfinch.

Looks like a Warbler of some kind or a Flycatcher of some kind. I am leaning toward Flycatcher but could not find one that looks just like that in my book. The bill on the Goldfinch is much different.

That's a juvenile Eastern Wood Pewee. Even though the picture above doesn't show it well, Willow Flycatchers have a continuous ring around the eye and a yellow or yellow tint lower mandible. Juvenile Pewees have no yellow mandible, interrupted or no eye ring and the wing bars are quite yellowish brown.

I'd say a female Great Crested Flycatcher.
