Photo stacking program?

I am looking for a photo stacking program to use in processing closeup or macros of flowers and of course to use in landscape photography. As usual looking for a freebie or a free 30 day trial as zerene stacker,halcion,combinezm etc. ? Which one produces the best final image hue ,saturation sharpness etc. as i hate to have to post process the final image on another photo editing program. Thanks!!

For a free program StarStax http://www.markus-enzweiler.de/software/software.html was made for star trails but you can use it for flowers. PP the files first export as JPEG into StarStax and it will stak the files for you

I believe you mean "focus stacking". Extends your depth of field. I like Helican focus stacking software.
