Does anyone know what this is? If a location will help identify it, it was taken on Washington State's Olympic Peninsula at the south end of Hood Canal.

It looks like a Little ringed plover, or at least some variation of the ones we see over here.

I agree on the plover,possibly a wilson's.?From what i could find, a wilson's plover would be a little too far north.Looks very similar though. :)
