fed the spider to the spider, the more I observe jumpers the more I am amazed by their intelligence, the way they stalk and get the angle on prey

it was back in an alcove and it wouldn't hold the light like I asked, whats wrong with this generation? gee's no respect

shot with the 100 and cropped, it was in the middle of the palm tree........................I know Douglas excuses excuses..........wheeeeeee

#3 - the light and the setting and background - and clarity - make this one extremely enjoyable for me! Along with the fact she is absolutely adorable and I want one as a pet! Actually I did have tarantulas as pets years ago :)

I'm often glad I don't do macro or know anything about the technical aspects - you guys seem to have a very low tolerance for "errors" of any kind :) Do you ever enjoy a photo just for the art, or is macro photography inherently all about technique?

Indeed I do art, with the camera, I build lights, I do sculpture, I conjure steampunk creatures, and one I make a living at: the art of under the sink.
