false , I took a photo ,taken within the last week, dropped it in this program and says it has NO DATA what so ever . . . Even a jpeg has data . But now they have a photo don't they ??

All I know is that it worked for me with several photos. The site was recommended on "Improve Photography."

just remember that these free sites have a reason to be free.If they have your metadata they can manipulate your image and then strip out same and put there stamp on it and there's nothing you can do about it.Like the old saying (If it's to good to be true ,it probably is.)

Why would you upload aphoto, to look up something you're already know. Every PP program gives you all the metadata

Metadata can be stripped out of an image so that this program can't find it. Some programs like Photoshop and Lightroom will save or export an image with metadata or without, and also lets you choose to include only copywrite metadata if you choose.
This web site gives you just about all the information you want about your camera settings except the shutter count. Bummer.
