Found this guy in the house on a window last night...Took some quick snaps of it...Used my Sigma 105 & the D300for these shots...about a 50% crop in Lightroom...Pop up flash, not diffused. I'll take some better images after I do some of my "honey do" chores so I don't get any flak from the missus...I've got it in a container till then

He looks confused (and maybe a little hungry). Drop a little snack for him, during your 'Honey Do' time.

He kind of looks like a jumper version of Santa Claus.

If he were blue, he could be Papa Smurf.

That's the same spider that I was shooting a couple of weeks ago while visiting out of town. I think that they are rather tolerant of being messed with as I on several different occasions moved him to an area better suited for shooting and then replaced him onto the wall and each day that I came back he would be there. He was also more contented to stay on the plant that I placed him on for shooting than were the other spiders that I shot, much easier to shoot than a twin flagged jumper.

Meal worms, good snacks, easy to purchase. They need food to keep hydrated. As blurryeyed mention, they stay in the same area, and are easily accessible.
