1. Is the Photo Technically Correct? (20%)
- Is it the best it can be? Look at the focus, sharpness, detail, depth of field, color, brightness, contrast, saturation, usage of light, etc.
2. Subject Matter / Content (20%)
- Is it creativite and live within the WPC Theme?
3. Composition (20%)
- Does it tell a story? Where is your eye lead? Is the photograph balanced, if not, is it creating the visual impact it should?
4. Do you like this photograph? (All Else Aside) (40%)
- Like all art this is dependent on our own tastes, likes, dislikes and the way we see the world and experience it. Do you like it?

Looking at the entries begs the question: "When is graffiti art?" Some of the entries are so beautiful, I'd call them murals. I guess the definition for graffiti must include the premise that it was painted without authorization. Some of those artists should be commissioned! Great contest. I've developed a love for graffiti!

I've often thought it would be fun to hire a graffiti artist to do a mural. Some even have a following they are so good. I am glad you are enjoying the challenge and hope it sheds so light on how beautiful it can be! (Paint responsibly)
I have an old step van (former 2 1/2 ton mail truck) that I've considered allowing a graffiti artist to paint.

Agreed but, I find it difficult to put these two images in the same categories called graffiti. One is beautiful art work, the other is vandalism. (Wiki photos)
Bamboo: If you shot the image of the mural, I'd love to know where it is. That's really nice. In certain areas of Germany many of the houses (and some businesses) are painted like that. I really like it.
