Bushido Loc: No Where and Every Where

Here’s where we can have a little fun. From ground level, is just as it describes taking shots from the ground looking up or straight across. Some shots require the “Belly Flop”, one lays on the belly and composes a unique image. The reverse of the “Belly Flop” is the “Nap Time”, while laying on the back the shot is taken straight up. Then there is ”What the Hell”, where the camera is placed on or held close to the ground, pointed in a general direction and you take what you get. No looking or composing in the viewfinder, just free and wild shots. Now the latter is much easier with digital than it was in the days of film, due to all the automated functions on the new cameras. So, it should be easy to get a properly exposed and in focus shot with whatever you are using. This exercise should reap some very interesting pic and in some cases a few laughs. In any case don’t take yourself too seriously and let us know which one of the techniques you used. Have some fun with this you may be in for a surprize or two. Here are some examples to guide you on your way.

They are great Sher. Love the way the light plays of the subjects. Even the out of focus image is captivating. Wonderful images.

Now you can't tell me that an old Navy man can't shoot one of these styles. Come on now don't let this Army vet show you up. Welcome Home Brother.

I wanted to get close, and the wind was blowing so it was impossible to get sharp focus, but I really liked them this way

Sher I did not expect to be surprised so soon. These shot have set the bar high for the next three days. Even I am going to have to work at this now.
