printing 5x7 folding greeting cards on a HP Officejet 6700

I would love some help with the following printing problem: I have an HP OfficeJet 6700 which meets most of my needs. But I want it to print on 7x10 folding card stock to create 5x7 horizontal folded greeting cards using one of my photos.
I hope one or more of you folks can help me get my printer to print a photo horizontally across one end of a 7x10 card so that it can then be folded into a 5x7 greeting card.
My friends tell me this can be done on their printers, but I can't find a way to do it on my HP OfficeJet 6700.
If you can help, I would be enormously appreciate and gladly send you some of the final product.

I think I have the same printer. On the print preview screen, uncheck the "center image" and then reset the margins to place the image on the page where you want it. Also, check the print orientation...profile or landscape..to work the best.

My problem then is turning the page over the right way if I want to print something for the inside of the card.

Dear Hollyak,
Many thanks for the help! However, I can't find the "print preview screen" in order to "uncheck the 'center image'" and then reset the margins.
How do I get to the "print preview screen"? I would be most appreciative of any help you can give me.. I realize that this is probably something that is self-evident--at least to everyone but an old gaffer like me!
