I got a quote on my old Minolta over the phone, it is, of course, pending them checking that you told the truth about condition. Just sent it in last week and got an email that they had received it. They will let me know if there is a difference in price from what they told me. If I am not happy about it they will send the camera back to me at their cost. Easy!
