I wouldn't have believed my wife the city gal would have insisted that we take back roads just to see some "Barns" a little over a year ago when we were in Crickets neck of the woods. Don't know if it's originally a KY thing but it was the first I had heard or seen such a thing.
The pique of her interest in these barns? quilting squares painted on them, of course!!

This country boy's got to have his own version of a barn, too.
Holds 6 horses. One of them must be about 8 months along and about to give foal.
feed bin for the live stock.
