Haven't had a lot of time to post, good reading on this site. Not sure I have much to offer this community.

I'm a Nikon man and I'm thinking about changing to a Canon. Any suggestions?
Which one of the two would you recommend?

I have never had a Nikon (except for the PS type). I purchased a Canon (T3i) for school and have longed to try a Nikon but don't have the funds to give up on the Canon (camera and lenses).

I have always liked Canon cameras way back from the film days to now. Good quality, ease of use. I am guessing the Nikon is the same.

Why would be a logical question to answer here first

RidgyMacDoo, It depends on what your shooting needs are. Only you can evaluate what you really need. I would have liked to have a Canon7D or a 5D mkII but monetary constraints forced me to get a Canon 60D. Actually it gives me everything i really need, and, at a very lower cost. So, check out all the Canon's and then you can make the decision which one suits your needs best.
