Went out with my neighbor and his telescope last night for a first attempt at telescope photography.

The first one is the magnificent sunset waiting for dark. Second is the moon and finally an under-whelming night sky image.

Really good first time results. like the sunset sky, moon is nicely exposed. What shutter speed on the night sky?

My neighbor has a Nikon adapter, so it's like attaching the camera to a big BIG lens.

Hello folks. To aattach your camera to a telescope you need a T-adaptor. You can get them quite cheap from wexphotographic.com. also you can get adaptors for doing eye peace projection photography. Hope it helps.
