Considering that every time anyone is hurt or killed due to the use of a gun...the "solution" is to ban the weapon...then logically, the answer to this is that we now should ban knives...

But I'm guessing that it won't happen...

I think you have missed the point for gun control. We don't have knives that stab over 60 stabs a minute. I wonder what it takes to get people to see that killings by firearms in the USA exceeds any other country in the world. Either control the guns or find another good solution to stop Americans from killing other Americans at such a high rate. I suggest gun control might be a good place to start!

Well...we don't have guns that will do that...only people that pull the trigger at 60 times a minute...the GUN doesn't do anything on it's own.

PS: We aren't even CLOSE to the top of that list...Jamaica is first.

And if you don't like wiki...here are more facts about the stats on firearm related deaths.

http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2012/jul/23/facebook-posts/the-us-is-no-in-gun-violence-is-it/

Also...here is the ratio of assault weapons used in crime...it's almost non-existent...

Of course "everything" isn't great...why would you put words in my mouth and make a fake argument? Do you lack some logical argument for your position so you make up a fake one for mine?

No fake argument at all. I know what you were implying and so do you.

Yes, I know one's a month old.

Guns don't have arms and legs or hands, guns don't get up and do the shootings. It takes low life, sub-human, criminals and gang hood rats to do this crap. Enforce the laws that exist.

There is a certain logic that guns don't kill people, people kill people. Following that logic, the only answer is do not allow people to have guns.

Ok...then explain this to me....if Chicago has the strict gun laws...and also the highest crime rate involving guns...doesn't that mean that strict gun laws aren't effective in stopping crime involving guns?

People who obey and believe in the rule of law are the not the one's doing the killing you speak of, it's the criminals, hood rats, gang bangers, felons, the insane and there are many laws, local and federal, that exist now that are not being enforced. You need to think about the topic heading for this string, then move on down to hammers, screwdrivers, baseball bats, etc.

I was remiss in not mentioning that Chicago is the birthplace of Hillary Clinton, the Lying Bloody Bee-inch of Benghazi, the lack of concern for the killing of people has a long history in that town.
