We took our granddaughter and her friend to Copacabana beach for a day. It is cold in Rio now because we are below the Equator and it was almost empty of people. We live 2 hours out of Rio de Janeiro.

I was in Rio in 1962, and had the best time ever. Beautiful place, beautiful people, and the exchange rate at that time was a very favorful 250 to $1.00!
Always wanted to go back and look into moving there; however, life has a funny way of sending you off in other directions.
