This seems like a good way to get your pictures out there for sale. It Cost $30.00 a year to use it and there is no commission on the sales. the web site is http://fineartamerica.com/

Hi Woodsliv,
I use Fine Art America, and it works just like advertised. They make very nice prints, if you prepare the files carefully. I think the one downside is that there are so many photographers on the site that you have to do your own job of promotion. Here is the link to my site if you want to take a look.

I've had a free space there for a couple of years. I like the concept, but I've never really promoted it properly. So, like so many of my other spaces on other selling sites, it just sits there ... waiting for my perfect product.

As long as you have enthusiasm about it, I hope you make a lot of sales. Who knows, I might resurrect my space in a few weeks ... if I come up with a unique idea or two.

Have had no problems with them whatsoever, had to call their support service one time, answered on 3rd ring, answered my question and even went further with offering more information.
One thing I noticed you mention no commission, there is a commission charge and of course charges for whatever framing you buyer chooses. You set your own price say $25.00 the buyer may end up paying up to $150.00 depending on the frame they choose. You get the $25.00 and they get the balance, which is only fair, they should.
Have had minimum success with them but expected that, one will have to do a lot of their own marketing. The finished product is excellent have had no complaints. One thing I have found out, if the final presentation is good then that is the best advertisement you could ask for. Last year I had 1 lead to 6 more within a week, I asked them what was the attraction and with every one it was the same, quality of the final product.
FAA does a lot of advertising, see them on TV quite often and the put you on all the major search engines. I on occasion see spot adds using my work throughout the internet, on other sites. I'm sure that that is done for my benefit through computers, much like they do with adds here.
But i think you will be pleased with what they offer, mainly a lot of support.
