Yup I Have One Of Their Menus. Bit It Is Actally Is Beef Made To Look It. They Describe The Sandwich As If Road Kill, Then under That They Tell You What It Really Is. lol

I was in the Roadkill Cafe, Route 66, Seligman in Sept 2009! We took a trip from Vegas to Grand Canyon. I had such a great time it was un-true!!! The Roadkill was an eye-opener and hope it will always be there!!!
