I went to a friends house in Con. a few years ago and she said she needed some greens. She took a pan and knife and went out in the front yard. i was curious so I followed her. She began cutting dandelions. She cooked them like normal greens and they were pretty good.

Between the dandylyons and moss I don't know why I bother with grass.

I have heard that thay are edible, some make dandylyon wine.
