Another event that a few deny ever happened, many know nothing of, some want to forget, and I for one wish all were aware of to know what humans are capable of - so that such a tragedy never is repeated. I have just returned from DC where we saw the Holocaust Museum and to see piles of shoes and walls of pictures of the victums insures that you don't see any smiles leaving the building - nor should you. I plan to go visit Auschitz next year - thanks for sharing.

These are stunning. The top one really hit me. Thank you so much for documenting such an important occurrence. I will be checking out the tour you have posted as well.

Thanks for the reply. Before you go check out remember.org, there you will find information use when visiting the place, if one can cll it a place. The title on the second photo should be "Work Makes Free", the cynical any illusory saying posted at all camps.
