Mamiya RB67 dual cable release

Hello everyone!
I had the misfortune of breaking one of the cables to my Mamiya rb67 dual cable release. If anyone has one that isn't working on one half, or just half working, I am interested in buying it. I would rather rebuild mine rather than buy a new one.
Thanks, Frank

What's wrong with buying a new one?

Dang, those puppies are expensive now!

I used to have one for my RB, but it's long gone now.

I wonder if this one would work:

Sounds like there is a built-in delay in it.

$50 including shipping sounds a bit steep though.

I like to rebuild things rather than replace them when I can.

I have an RB and I never use the dual cable release, I just use 2 regular cable releases and they work fine.

I've tried two singles with no luck, it's gotta be me!

Hint you may find it even harder to get the necessary parts to repair your cables, since RB 67's are not as frequently used in today's market.
Fotodiox has a single on their eBay site for $14.95 < single version, the duals are pricey as Goofy Newbie has stated, you might be able to get enough parts from the $14.95 version to repair yours

Thanks gentlemen! I did find dual re;ease and got it cheap at a yard sale of all places! The woman holding the sale didn't know what it was for and I got it for $1.00 after explaining it was broken. Her ex had peen a photographer, she sold everything she could find and sold it to some one else. She found the cable release after cleaning out his nic-nacs.
