Working the F

I took some advice and played with the fstop here. I notice some difference...I also did a close up of what my subject was. I am a 18-55mm. Of course this limits my shooting capabilities but until I get it down...I so am comfortable with learning one lens at a time! Do you have any you would like to share? Any other suggestions? I love them....let me know what you think!

They are lovely, but I wish you had posted the f stop for each picture.

Like Sarge69 said, DOF - play with the highest aperture. This was posted recently by a fellow hogger that might help, 20 Cheatsheets:

And welcome to the Hog - you're doing right by taking one lens at a time and getting familiarized. Your work is paying off!
