After seeing instructions on the creation of a Kaleidoscopic image I had to give it a try. This is my second image and was created using Photoshop CS5. Let me know what you think of it.
I am also including my first image without the original.

I printed the first attempt as a 12"X12" image and it looks good.
VERY neat. I love the brown one. Was the original image a church/temple ceiling? Where did you get the kaleidoscope instructions?

The instructions were a part of a post on this blog.
Kaleidoscopic effects - procedure
Tried to copy the link but it didn't work, but if you search on the title above you should find it.
The original image was captured inside the the Cathedral Basilica Saint Louis, in St. Louis Missouri.
I think they turned out pretty neat. The first one almost looks like a crochet.

Framed them today in square frames and they are fantastic, much better than on the screen. Printed them as 12"X12" images and found some large square frames at Ikea that worked wonderfully.
