You can feel their personalities. To me that is what is all about, capturing the true personalities. I'm not really fond of posed shots. These shots are what it is all about. Beautifully done.

Suzanne, my choice is Photo No 3! This little cutie's profile has come out very well. I have one prediction for her - she's going to be a 'very sophisticated young lady'
Best wishes & keep the shutter clicking!

Thanks everyone for your comments and encouragement. As far as settings I use...I have only been shooting pics for a few (3) years. I always shoot in auto focus when I am taking pics of children. For close ups, I try and use a portrait lens. I mostly focus on the faces and candid shots. I hate anything posed. The colors and richness of my photos in done in photoshop. I am older, so photoshop was a steep learning curve for me. They are lots of free photo editing sites on the internet that are quite easy to use. I have a good quality camera, but the secret to good shots is finding a style you like and striving to get better each time you shoot. I love props to encourage natural play and candid moments.

Every cute little girls.

I personally would pull back on the vignette, it's a little heavy and distracts from the overall image.

In #2 there is a pole/tree growing out of the little girls head, it would be easy to correct in PP, just clone it out and voila, perfect!

The skin tones look a little off but I can't be positive as I'm not on a calibrated monitor at the moment.

These are wonderful shots, I wish I was this imaginative and creative. #4 is my personal favorite, something about it just speaks to me.
