I was in a one hour photo lab a few weeks ago to get some quick prints that I had taken of my granddaughter. The photo "tech" calls me and asked if I had copied a photo that was copyrighted. I told her that I took the photo and I owned it, she replied, "you must have a really nice camera." I said, "yeah, it came from Wal-Mart." I just laughed... I had to share this...

Why not just check your ego and say "yes I do". People who don't know anything about photography are not intentionally insulting you they just don't know any better. By the way do you have a nice camera?

I didn't take is as anything but a compliment, I was just trying to be funny. I just snapped the shot as the kids went around the merry-go-round.
