For available low light, ISO 200 is too low; for hand-held 100-mm macro lens, 1/80-sec is too long; for resolution purposes, f/32 is too small (the resultant Small Aperture Diffraction probably caused loss of fine resolution).
I suggest ISO 400, f/16, and the appropriate shutter duration for proper exposure.

Thanks Nikonian, this is the kind of feed back that I need. One correction with due respect however, I used a flash with a homemade diffuser/ modifier. Again thank you for you constructive criticism, it will really help me improve.
