I shot my first time lapse yesterday. It was fun. I used my Canon 7D, Vello ShutterBoss timer. 200 frames @ F16 1/125 Sec. Playback @ 24FPS.

Yes post a link I too use a Vello on a 30D (which I have dedicated solely for that purpose) for TL and would like to see your video.
What interval did you use? For such subjects as sunsets and cloud movement I have it set to take one photo every five seconds.

I made this sunset one about 2 weeks ago. It was 840 images, one taken every five seconds to get this 36 second TL vid.

Your sunset is beautiful. I was just playing around with it yesterday shooting the clouds. I shot 1 frame every 5 Sec. also. I only shot 200 frames just to look at it. I would like to have another camera just for TL, so I don't run up the clicks on the 7D, however I can't afford it right now!

Yeah I was lucky I had the 30D lying around that I wasn't really using for anything because as you say I prefer not to run up the clicks on the 7D. I am already using the hell out of the 7D taking regular wildlife photos.
Thanks for checking out that sunset TL, looking forward to your cloud TL.

If there is an 's' with the 'http', you can highlight the link, right click it and select "go to . . ." in the drop-down menu. Then you don't have wait for someone to provide a link.

Yup, except for those of us on tablets without right clicks or drop-down menus. That's why someone is usually around to correct the link - and others have done it a heck of a lot more often than I have. Of course the REAL solution is to keep everyone, especially new or infrequent users advised of the best way to do it right the first time.
