Douglass the chicken tasting grub is a Witchetty not a beetle ,but a moth grub. The Cockchafer grub is a pest that eats roots.
and is destructive.Witchettiy grubs are found in central oz in and around Witchetty bushes. Cockchafers are all over oz. :D
