T2i JPEG vs. RAW
I have my camera set for JPEG only, but when I try to send some photos to my friends on the internet, they tell me they cannot view my photos. WHY?
I have a T2i but I have never had a problem with JPEG's. 99% of the time I have it set to RAW but sometimes I put it to both when my best friend wants the pics quickly processed instead of waiting for me to process them all. I just put them on my card and she gets them from me no problem.
Are you taking the pics directly off of the card or are you opening them up in some sort of program first?
BTW - I never use the programs that came with the camera, can't stand them. I use Lightroom mainly and Photoshop.

I connect my T2i with the USB cable that came with it. I am going to a camera expo this weekend at CameraMart USA and they will have a Canon rep on site. Maybe he can solve my problem, but thank you for your input.
I use a card reader I purchased for arounf $20 to put my photos onto my PC. Much faster and doesn't use any camera battery. I am able to send photos to friends through e-mail and they have no problems opening them.
Are you downsizing the image before sending it. If you re-size to approximately 4" x 6" and save at level 5 you shouldn't have any problem sending them. The first time I tried sending, I sent full size and resolution and it didn't work. Eventually I'm sure you will convert to shooting in Raw and do the conversion. You will get much better images.
I have had that problem a few times. In each case, when I taught the recipients the basics of looking at digital files on their computers they were fine.
