Hi, my name's Jack. I'm in Fort Collins, CO and really enjoy photography. I shoot mostly wildlife and nature, but enjoy taking pictures of almost anything ... Here to learn how to get better.
love that bird! would put that in a frame on my wall!
Thanks Teresa,
Several people have that bird hanging on their walls, it's my best selling print. Canvas, 10x20, 5x10, 8x10, 8x12 ... heck I have one 10x20 hanging in my home too. It's a very special kestrel. One of my mentors named the image "Big Zen."
Another unique shot is attached ... the "Grim Reaper."
Thanks for your kind words,
Jack
What where your settings for the rodio shot?
I love your rodeo shot and that ugly vulture was good too. Good action photos.
I really like the top photo of the hawk (?), it might benefit from a little cropping say about 60% of the branch, it does not add to the photo. The rodeo photo could also use a little cropping on the bottom, minimize areas that don't add to the photo. Love the photo of the owl, really great photo.
I'm with Rich, crop about 50% of the branch, crop the rodeo photo to just under the shadow, and don't touch the owl photo.
My opinion,
Eric
Wow! Now those are some awesome pictures!
I was on aperture priority at f5.6 with my Canon 100-400 Lens.
