what is it?

aphids in a bunch
It is an early instar (immature very shortly after hatching) probably feeding on the aphids. Insects can go through several stages before assuming adult form. these stages are called instars. You may be able to get an id from the local university's entomology department. Sorry I could not be more helpful but I don't knot your insects well, just the biology of insects in general.
