The Obama administration said it is working to gather more information
on the reports and is calling for a full-scale United Nations investigation
into what may have happened
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad should heed U.S. warnings
to neither use nor move chemical or biological weapons,
lest he risk crossing a "red line" and provoke a U.S. military response,
President Barack Obama said Monday.
We have been very clear to the Assad regime --
but also to other players on the ground -- that a red line for us is we start seeing a whole bunch of chemical weapons moving around or being utilized.

Yes Obama, Congress, and Senate

You miss the point F16, some wars are necessary, most are foolish! WW2 was necessary,Iraq was foolish. You cannot make general statements about war. If people are being slaughtered from people like Hitler than shame on you and the world for not getting involved. Please think before making foolish statements

Not to worry Obama is not going to do anything... He won't touch Iran, Syria, or cross Egypt... He is a big talker but carries a little stick.... Remember how he freaked out over Benghazi and did nothing more than give a speech about bringing people to justice? Nothing happened, Remember all his threats about Iran will not get a bomb? Well, he just told Israel that it is up to them....
The president's bark has no bite, except for when it comes to punishing the American people for the sequester.
Why is it that old men who can't fight in them are the people most likely to think war is the solution?

Who said anything about wanting to go to war, I was just saying that there is little to worry about because the president has a habit of talking smack, but does little to back it up. And I already know that a team of brave seals killed Osama with Obama's approval only to later be outed by the administration to bolster the presidents image and ego which resulted in their helicopter shot down killing 30.
My original comment more clearly stated would have been "Not to worry the president makes a lot of idle threats that he has no intention of backing up". Clearly his words are damaging to the credibility of the US, again we are seen as a paper tiger... He should learn to speak with less finality when speaking of "red lines", WMD, and nuclear bombs....

Again I state tell that to Obama! History shows it was no idle threat even though the GOP thought it was. Do you really think the seals did it on their own? Your vision does get blurry at times.

Are you suggesting that the president was there? He made the decision which did carry the risk of failure and the international incident that developed anyway as one of the choppers was destroyed and left behind so there was no denying that we invaded the sovereign territory of Pakistan... Just how much fall out was there from that? Are you suggesting that the president acted more bravely than did the seals? Just how much did the president risk in that operation anyway, maybe he should give himself the congressional medal of honor, I am sure that he is vein enough to do that.
