Looking at the image, I tend to agree with you. The histogram doesn't agree with us.There are two small areas of clipping near the horse's nostril - really insignificant.
There is a white spot on the horse's body that also does not show as clipped. Don't know what it is, but it is on the shadow side of the animal.
The background appears heavily over exposed and is very bright. Again, with regard to the histogram, it is not clipped. There is a lot of white in this area and it has been thrown out of focus.
With the histogram, I used the little triangles that show the clipping as blue or red. A small area under the eye is underexposed.
Just as a sidebar, the image was slightly underexposed in the RAW state. My comments were made based on the LightRoom histogram of the TIFF which was processed in Photoshop.
What you are looking at is the JPEG. I have not re-imported it and have not checked its histogram. My general workflow is to delete all JPEGs.

Thanks for the nice comment. It was heavily cropped and in reall life, thehorse was much more brownish.
