Help identify focusing levers?

Maybe you all on UHH can help me identify these screw on levers. I picked them over a series of auctions. The larger one came in a leather case. I think they go to lenses to ease in focusing, but can't find out what lenses. Any ideas? Thanks

They could also screw into a custom made collar that mounts to the lens, around the focus ring? Marty Foscher Camera Repair in NYC used to do many custom items in the 1960-70"s for Nikon, blad, etc.

I have an old Tokina that has them, similar to this.

What a great thing! When using different manual lenses, I fumble to find the right ring and have to frequently take my eye away from the viewfinder to find them.

@NKShootSS Thanks for posting this. Only time I've had a focusing lever was on a camcorder. A quick Google search reveals these are available after market in both plastic and metal and some easy DIY methods with cable ties and such. I know it wasn't your intent, but thanks for solving my dilemna!
