He's actually ranting about the incompetency of German generals. Always someone else to blame. When he calms down he says he knows the war is lost and blames the entire German people.

That's not the point. There are several dozen of these parodies with different subjects on YouTube. The point is actually meant to be that current American actions taken by Liberals are actually controlled from a bunker by a still-alive Hitler, the ultimate image of evil Communism.

Obviously you don't speak nor understand German, considering the source I see no humor in it. On the surface i am sure a lot of folks see humor in it, go a little deeper and the humor leaves the room as he did.
