I've been using Canon printers for some time now with excellent results.
Of course, like everything else, they wear out from time to time. My current model is a 3/way - MG5320. I get excellent photos with it.

I have a MX310 and it always has clogged jets. I have a sign on my printer to do a nozzle check each day and it still clogs.
