Not so. It was an open and continuing investigation pending receipt of further information. If you expected a rabbit pulled from a hat and incriminating information to materialize without substantial proof then your hopothisis would be correct. If you desire a police state where a being may be deprived liberty on a mere suspicion or innunendo then you again would be correct. Ie: I dislike u so I report you as a suspect person and they grab you, deprive you of your liberty as they interrogate you. Would you be willing to accept this?
