PICASA PROBLEM

Are there any Picasa users out there amongst the congregation? A number of my photo files are listed "Content protected by owner." But I'm the owner! WHY would I protect this stuff from myself? Any help to solve the problem greatly appreciated.

I've been using Picasa for years and have never seen that! Where do you see it/when does it come up?

When I look at my library of photos on my own computer. Not all files are so blocked, but too darn many are.

I've not seen that!

It sounds like something you may have accidentally altered.

I'll be interested to find out.

I believe that has to do with Picasa web album sharing. I've never done that, but don't suppose it would really matter unless you're using that feature.

Just a quick thought, but your computer allows you to log in under various users. If only use your laptop or computer, you could log in under other user (no user settings made) and it would all look the same.
