They're pretty big birds Carlysue...if you want to see some fantastic close ups of these birds you need to take a look at Steve's post of Wood-storks!

I took them in Georgia Steve...never got any shots as fantastic as yours!

What a beautiful bird! As long as he doesn't deliver a baby down your chimney, you're okay. But watch him closely--they're notorious for doing that, and it's just possible he's scoping out your home! : )
