I just received my tax return for 2013 back from the IRS. It puzzles me!!!
They are questioning how many dependents I claimed.

I guess it was because of my response to the question:

"List all dependents?"
I replied: 3 million crack heads;

12 million illegal immigrants;

42 million unemployed people on food stamps,

2 million people in over 243 prisons;

Half of Mexico;

and 535 persons in the U.S. House and Senate."

Evidently, this was NOT an acceptable answer. - I KEEP ASKING MYSELF, WHO THE HECK DID I MISS?

Quite possibly you did not miss anyone. May depend on whether you're paying them or asking for a refund.

If you're getting a refund they may be thinking you're a deadbeat dad.

:D

Good one DirtPusher--to bad it is so true. They must have found a few more free-loaders, I just received my 2011 back, & I owe them $2,000 more. It's funny how it takes so long to notify you, with all the people working for the Government.

That is a perfect list of dependents...and to include the "535 persons in the U.S. House and Senate" is so correct!
Reading this makes me think you might not know the answer to this question....are you/we even liable for an "INCOME TAX"? Lets see if WE the People are liable...

The definition of "INCOME"? In Blacks law it is defined as "The return in "MONEY" from one's business, labor, or capital invested"
The definition of "MONEY"? In Blacks Law it is defined as "In usual and ordinary acceptation it means gold, silver, or paper "MONEY" used as circulating medium of exchange, and does not embrace "NOTES", bonds, evidence of debt, or other personal or real estate. (when it refers to "paper money" that obviously refers to being backed by gold or silver)
The definition of "NOTE"? In Blacks Law it is defined as" A unilateral instrument containing an express and absolute promise of signer to pay to a specified person or order, or bearer, a definite sum of "MONEY" at a specified time.
The definition of "FRAUD"? Blacks Law defines "FRAUD" as "An intentional perversion of truth for the purpose of inducing another in reliance upon it to part with some valuable thing belonging to him or to surrender a legal right; a false representation of a matter of fact, whether by words or by conduct, by false or misleading allegations, or by concealment of that which should have been disclosed, which deceives and is intended to deceive another so that he shall act upon it to his legal injury"

Dirtpusher, there are many other reasons that also apply to why we are not liable to an income tax but based just on the 4 definitions, do you honestly believe you/we are still liable for an income tax? Based on the definition of "MONEY" there is no "MONEY" in circulation and hasn't been any in circulation since the cancellation of the Silver certificates in 1968. (remember the gold certificates were discontinued in 1933) So... if there is no "money" in circulation then based on the definition of "INCOME" how could you have received any "INCOME"? I added the definition of "NOTE" to confirm that what is in circulation isn't "MONEY"....unless you know of a date when the FEDERAL RESERVE "NOTES" can be redeemed for GOLD OR SILVER? If you know of the date please enlighten me!

I added the last definition so you can think about what A FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE certainly appears to be! It's not "money"... and it's not a "NOTE"... resulting in it's use to deceive the public of their labor in exchange for something of no value. That sure appears to fit the definition of "FRAUD" to me...how about you?

I would love for anyone to explain where I'm seeing this incorrectly....if there is no money... there can be no income? If there is no income... how can there possibly be an income Tax?

I realize what you wrote was meant to be funny... and what I wrote was wasn't meant to be funny.. at all! However...At some point in time We the People have got to stop joking around and start asking questions and hold those in charge to answering the question.... "If there is no "money" there can be no "income"! It really is that simple!
Should you care to research this remember 5USC 556(d) which basically reads that the proponent of a rule or order has the burden of proof.

God Bless,

Hi Sleepy51

If you want to confront them about owing 2000 more....I have one major suggestion...do not refuse to pay it? In the IRS manual, at least 10 years ago, it stated that no action could be taken until refusal to pay has been made! If you should want to ask about the amount they claim you now owe start your communication, and every communication with them, with I'll be glad to meet your request but I have a few questions first. Then ask them your questions and at some point add the 5 usc 556 (d) in there...somewhere... that say a proponent of a rule or order has the burden of proof.
The government allowed the creation of the FEDERAL RESERVE ACT back in 1913. The government allowed the cancellation of the Gold certificates in 1933, and finally, the silver certificates in 1968. When that happened they then created...what certainly appears to be Fraud... with the FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE and the deception that it is money. We the People sure didn't do it! We the People are simply the victims of their failure to disclose the truth!
Let me ask you this....If someone begins calling the Chevy Camero a Ford Mustang, does that make the Chevy Camero now a Ford Mustang? Not only no... but HELL NO! However, that is exactly what the IRS and the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT is doing when they call the FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES "MONEY"! The definitions prove the truth! It's simply a mind game they are playing! I honest think they believe that as long as they continue to call it "MONEY"... and the majority continue to call it money... then it is money? But I ask you...How do you stop a magic trick...by understanding the trick!

The truth can and will set us free!
God Bless,

Thanks D.Clayton for your concern, we have to see our accountant in a couple days. I think it was something with my retirement. That is the year I retired. I guess I will find out. I'm just curious as to why it takes them so long to catch a mistake. Thanks again.

Hi Sleepy 51,
When you talk to your accountant, show him those definitions and ask him how you could liable for an "income tax" if you've not received any "money" since 1968? My guess will be he will tell you it's a frivolous argument...but how can the truth ever be a frivolous argument? It goes back to the Camero being a Mustang...it just ain't so! To add to that whole scenario about are you liable is also the question..."do they have jurisdiction in your State? If you didn't know... there are 3 United States and...best I can tell... Title 26 applies to the United States that consist of the District of Colombia and the territories! If you are living in one of the 50 States they don't have jurisdiction over you...unless you are working for the Federal Government. If you want I'll send you more info about the 3 United States but if you check the title 26 for the definition of United States you will find it reads...In a geographical sense it includes the 50 States, the District of Colombia, and the Territories. When I confronted them to explain what the definition is for United States in a Title 26 sense...they refused to answer the question! The Very name "INTERNAL" Revenue Service explains it...it was intended for the Federal government employes and those living within the District of Colombia and the territories only! What I'm telling you is info they do not want you to know about! They survive, and thrive, on the assumption that everyone is liable and the assumption they have jurisdiction...but those assumptions are all based on their illusions...just like their wording for the definition of "United States"!
As for your question as to why it takes them so long to notify you of an error....I honestly have no idea! I know from personal experience that they do not respond to letters in a lawful amount of time! And my personal experience is they honestly think they are beyond reproach! I've even had them refuse one of my letters when I attempted to hand deliver it them! They certainly remind me of those movies like the God Father..."i made him an offer he couldn't refuse" seems to be their approach.
This is the first year in a long time I haven't heard of a sacrificial celebrity used as their example to all their sheeple...."this could happen to you!" They continually use fear and intimidation to control their herd...and I promise you...that is exactly what they think of us as...their herd!

God Bless,
